circumsision is (yes a religious thing) but also a HEALTH concern, it is BETTER FOR THE CHILD to have it done
If as an adult someone (who's ears were pierced as a baby) actively makes the decision to not want their ears pierced anymore, they can stop wearing earings and the whole will eventually close back up. (ear piercings are also a cultural thing-hispanics)
Tatoos- are NOT ANY good for a Child's health (If it is a gang symbol it actually ENDANGERS the child)
and once they are an adult they cannot just let "the skin grow back" over the tattoo
...it's a gang symbol, wrong on so many levels, hopefully the child will be removed from the selfish family and adopted by a great Godly one!
